7. Discount and Promotion Exclusions on Bundled Products: Our website offers a variety of bundled products, which are combinations of different food items offered at a discounted rate, providing exceptional value and savings compared to purchasing each item separately. Due to the already discounted nature of these bundles, we regret to inform our customers that additional promotional codes, discounts, or special offers cannot be applied to the purchase of bundled products. We carefully curate these bundles to maximise customer satisfaction and value, and we encourage our customers to take advantage of these specially priced offerings as they are.

Giveaways, Promotions & Competitions Terms & Conditions

WIN 3 MONTHS OF PROVIDOOR - One lucky mum will win!

1. Promotional Period: Monday 20 May 9:00am AEDT to Friday 31 May 11:59pm AEDT. Entrant details must be entered to be part of this competition.

2. Eligible Entrants: Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over. All employees and contractors of Providoor, or any affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in the competition. The winners must be within our available delivery areas, within Australia. 

3. How to enter: Enter required details in the form during the promotional period to go in the draw to win the prizes. 

4. Entries permitted: 1 entry per person.

5. Prize details: First prize will win 3 months of Providoor which equates to $450 + delivery costs. Second and third prize will win one month of Providoor which equates to $150 + delivery costs. The winners must be within our available delivery areas, within Australia. 

6. Winner Selection and Notification: The winners will be decided by a third party random selector using the entrant details during the promotional period specified above. The winners will be contacted by a Providoor employee via email.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability: Providoor, and affiliated companies are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.

3. How to use promotion: Spend $150 on any full priced items (this excludes bundles or discounted items) and receive a free Sticky Date Pudding with Bananas by entering the provided discount code. For the promotion to work, you must have a Sticky Date Pudding with Bananas in your cart as well as $150 worth of products. The discount code will discount the pudding to be free in your basket. Spend $200 on any full priced items (this excludes bundles or discounted items) and receive a free Jam Doughnut Pie by entering the provided discount code. For this promotion to work, you must have a Jam Doughnut Pie in your cart as well as $200 worth of products. The discount code will discount the pie to be free in your basket. Each entrant can only use one of these codes and they can not receive a free Sticky Date Pudding with Bananas as well as a Jam Doughnut Pie.
